The traditional regatta of the falkušas, Rota Palaguzona, has been held for centuries on the route from Komiža to the Island of Palagruža.
It was a unique regatta in the Mediterranean and Europe, and is today considered one of the oldest regattas in the world.
At the end of June every year, Rota Palaguzona is held during the Festival of the Sea and everyone interested can participate in this traditional regatta.

TEAM BUILDING
The gajeta falkuša is perfect for organizing team-building programs.
Teams have two gajetas at their disposal on which they can try their hand at sailing with a lateen, rowing with 8-meter oars, handling traditional tools and ropes, learning original names for parts of boat, tying knots, culinary skills, picking herbs, etc.
